Built for connected, compliant, and scalable drone operations

DroneLogbook is an industry leader in developing tools and flight data importers that streamline drone operations from the field to the back office. Our platform is designed for organizations that need reliable, audit-ready records, powerful integrations, and the flexibility to grow—whether you’re running a small fleet or a global drone program.

Our Private Label platform extends this capability to large enterprises that need their own branded, centrally managed environment. It gives operations, safety, and compliance teams a powerful control center for standardizing workflows, enforcing rules, and supervising activity across multiple business units and regions.

We also support organizations operating globally, providing solutions tailored to local regulatory requirements and market needs so your drone program stays compliant wherever you fly.

Integrations – Connect Your Entire Drone Tech Stack
DroneLogbook is built around integrations. Our platform accepts telemetry files from over 50 hardware and software sources, so you can bring all your flight data into a single, structured system without changing how your pilots like to fly.

We support leading drone manufacturers and autopilot systems such as DJI, Parrot, Wingtra, senseFly, Autel, Yuneec, XAG, Wingcopter, Vantage Robotics, and more, plus popular ground control and mission-planning tools like UGCS, DroneHarmony, Sky-Drones, Simnet, Zephyr, DroneLink, Flytbase, Q Ground Control, Mission Planner, and others.

All these data sources are normalized into a consistent format, allowing you to:
  • • Centralize flight history, assets, maintenance, and compliance records
  • • Reduce manual data entry and spreadsheet chaos
  • • Run consistent reporting across mixed fleets and tools
  • • Feed clean, structured data into your analytics, BI, or AI workflows

Software: UGCS, DroneHarmony, Sky-Drones, Simnet, Zephyr, DroneLink, Flytbase, QGroundControl, Mission Planner, and more.
Modular – Configurable Private Label Platform
DroneLogbook’s Private Label platform lets larger organizations deploy a dedicated, branded version of DroneLogbook with advanced enterprise tools for flight operations and oversight.
Within this environment, administrators can:
  • • Set organizational rules and limits for flight operations
  • • Transfer assets and information between groups or business units
  • • Message users and teams directly within the platform
  • • Receive notifications when flight or operational parameters are exceeded
  • • Monitor compliance, documentation, and maintenance status from a central admin panel
For organizations with specialized workflows, we offer (as a paid option) additional configuration to better align the application with your internal processes. That can include adapting terminology, tailoring workflows, or refining oversight features so DroneLogbook fits seamlessly into the way you already operate.
Global – Built for Local Compliance and Data Residency
DroneLogbook works with partners around the world to deliver solutions tailored to each market’s compliance rules and preferred workflows. Whether you’re flying in North America, Europe, Latin America, or beyond, the platform can be adapted to local regulations and operational practices.
Client data is stored on certified servers in multiple regions, helping organizations meet local data residency and security requirements while still benefiting from a modern cloud platform.
To better serve teams worldwide, DroneLogbook is rolling out native-language versions of the platform, starting with French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian, with additional languages available through regional partnerships. If you’re interested in representing DroneLogbook in your non-English market, we welcome conversations with potential local partners.

DroneLogbook Mobile Apps – Innovation in the Field

DroneLogbook is built on a secure cloud infrastructure with a modern web application and dedicated mobile apps, giving your team full access to critical data whether they’re in the office or in the field. The mobile app supports offline use and syncs seamlessly with your cloud account, so flights recorded in low-coverage areas are safely uploaded when connectivity returns.

In the field, pilots can view up-to-date airspace status, local weather, and solar activity indices that may impact flight safety, helping them make better go/no-go decisions before takeoff.

Our additional Android application, DLBSync, simplifies importing flights from major mobile drone flight control apps directly into DroneLogbook. It can collect flights while offline or in poor coverage and then upload them automatically once Wi-Fi or mobile data is available—eliminating cables, manual exports, and lost logs.

Together, these innovations ensure that DroneLogbook isn’t just a place to store data—it’s the connected backbone of your drone operations, from integrations and private-label deployments to global compliance and field-ready mobile tools.
